Description

Over the last decade, the team at Exos has worked with thousands of military operators and support personnel. During this time, we have identified areas of human performance that are critical to the operator’s overall performance and resilience. Due to the gravity of these learnings, we feel it is important to share this information with the entire military community. This five-hour course is specifically designed for the military operator and support personnel, with the intention that all information can be applied and integrated into existing human performance programs. This course specifically focuses on improving physical resilience through targeted injury prevention strategies, optimizing strength and power program design through a movement based approach, and developing a system for testing and programming energy systems development (cardio) that is operator specific.

The course is broken into four theoretical presentations and four practical sessions that include 86 different movements across injury prevention, strength and power, and energy systems development. Each theory and practical video is delivered by an Exos Performance Specialist with significant experience working within the tactical environment. Presentations and practicals are further broken into sub-chapters, which makes it very easy to navigate the content and quickly find exercises of interest. Upon completion of all sections there will be a 20 question quiz that requires an 80% to pass. You will have five attempts to pass the quiz, and upon completion you will receive all associated continuing education units (CEUs or CECs) and course certificate. You will also receive lifetime access to this course upon purchase, allowing you to re-visit the course material as often as you would like.
